I am a BACP Accredited counsellor with over 10 years' experience working with both adults and young people. I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Archway, North London and online, providing a safe and supportive space to explore life’s challenges and move towards greater wellbeing.

I have been helped by therapy throughout my life since I was a teenager, when I sought help with issues around self-esteem and anxiety. I was amazed by how healing it was to be able to talk confidentially in a non-judgemental space with a professional who was unconnected to my life. This sparked an interest in training to become a therapist myself, and in 2016 I completed a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Integrative), awarded by the CPCAB. In 2018 I achieved BACP Accreditation.
I have since completed numerous trainings and study in areas such as CBT, safeguarding for children and vulnerable adults, dysfunctional family dynamics, narcissistic abuse recovery and solution-focused therapy.
Prior to my counselling career, I worked in a project management capacity for trade associations in the City. I have 2 teenage children and I live in North London.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a variety of approaches depending on what best suits you. Sometimes this may mean looking at how your early experiences and relationships have shaped your current difficulties. At other times, it may involve using CBT tools and psychoeducation to help you manage anxiety, low mood, or stress. At the core of my practice is the therapeutic relationship—building trust, empathy and understanding so that you feel truly heard and that your feelings are validated. This alone can result in a shift in your perspective, and your understanding of yourself.
Whether we are exploring the past, or working on practical coping strategies, using my caring and warm approach, I will work collaboratively with you to find a better path forward.
People come to counselling for many reasons. Some of the themes I often work with include:
A particular focus of my work is supporting clients who have been affected by harmful or toxic relationships, including narcissistic abuse. These dynamics can be found in many different relationships (eg with family, partners, friends, colleagues) and can deeply undermine self-esteem and identity, often leaving people feeling lost, confused, or powerless. Through our work, I can help you:
I offer sessions both in-person in Archway, North London and online via Zoom. My practice is easily accessible, close to Archway Underground (Northern Line) and Upper Holloway Overground station, with several nearby bus routes.
